Need help with an order? I'm here to help!

Whether you have a question about your order, shipping, or something doesn't look quite right, I'll do my best to get back to you as quickly as possible.

I haven't received my order yet.

If your order has already shipped, you can use the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email to check its progress.

If tracking hasn't updated for several days or you believe your package may be delayed, please don't hesitate to contact me.

My tracking says "Delivered," but I can't find my package.

Before reaching out, I recommend:

  • Checking around your porch, mailbox, or other delivery locations
  • Asking household members if they accepted the package
  • Checking with neighbors
  • Waiting 24 hours, as carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered before they arrive

If you're still unable to locate your package, please contact me and I'll help however I can.

I received the wrong item.

I'm so sorry! While I work hard to make sure every order is correct, mistakes can occasionally happen.

Please contact me within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the book you received

I'll work with you to make it right as quickly as possible.

My book arrived damaged.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and include photos of:

  • The book
  • The shipping box
  • Any packaging materials

This helps me determine the best solution and, if needed, file a claim with the shipping carrier.

I entered the wrong shipping address.

Please contact me as soon as possible.

If your order hasn't shipped yet, I'll do my best to update the shipping address.

Once an order has been shipped, I'm unable to make changes to the address.

Can I cancel or change my order?
